Conditions of Use Purchasing requirements:

Ammunition buyer must be over the age of 21 years to purchase pistol ammo, 18 years for rifle ammo, and never have been convicted of a felony or adjudicated as mentally defective or been committed to a mental institution. All state, local and federal laws apply.

By placing an order on this website you certify that you can legally purchase, receive and own ammunition. Please do not attempt purchase if you are prohibited from buying the item in your area. The Gun Control Act (GCA), codified at 18 U.S.C. 922(g), makes it unlawful for certain categories of persons to ship, transport, receive, or possess ammunition, to include any person: convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year; who is a fugitive from justice; who is an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance (as defined in section 102 of the Controlled Substances Act, codified at 21 U.S.C. § 802); who has been adjudicated as a mental defective or has been committed to any mental institution; who is an illegal alien or, except as provided in 18 U.S.C. 922(y)(2), has been admitted to the U.S. under a nonimmigrant visa; who has been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions; who has renounced his or her United States citizenship; who is subject to a court order restraining the person from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or child of the intimate partner; or who has been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.

Restrictions: No sales to New York, Maine, California, Massachusetts, Alaska, Hawaii, Washington DC, or City of Chicago. No exceptions. Attention CT customers : Please upload a picture of your required documentation in checkout. Acceptable documentation is an FFL dealer’s license by itself (not including type 03 C&R licenses), or a valid CT permit to carry a pistol or revolver, or a valid CT long gun eligibility certificate. Illinois residents must provide an image of their FOID card and a copy of a second state issued ID when they place an order. There is a section in the checkout form to upload an image file of the FOID card which is required. If you have difficulties uploading the FOID please contact us through the ‘contact us’ section of the website. Our system charges credit cards when the order is placed and if you make a purchase and are from an area listed above your order will be canceled and refund will be less up to 10% fee to cover the lost costs from the attempted transaction.

Privacy Notice: Frank’s Firearms will never release any customer information to a third party, unless it is required for a federal investigation, to comply with the law, to enforce our site policies, or to protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety. Besides reasons listed above for releasing third party information, customer information will only be used by Frank’s Firearms to help personalize your shopping experience and improve customer service. All customer information provided to the site during the purchasing process is protected. A variety of security measures has been implemented to ensure that customer information is not visible or attainable by a third party. Shipping & Returns Shipping – Our intent is to ship all orders within 1-2 business days, but orders placed on Fridays and weekends may not ship until Tuesday. From time to time other delays may happen but such delays are not common. *PLEASE NOTE: CUSTOM GUN ORDERS MAY TAKEN 2-3 Weeks to process then will ship.

In the event of a lost package or package that shows delivered that you have not received you must report the loss immediately upon discovery of the loss. Shipments that show as delivered that have not been received by you, the customer, must be reported to Frank’s Firearms by email in no more than 3 days in order for us to file a loss claim for restitution.

Shipping Quotes: To get a shipping quote add items to your cart the start the check out process. There will be a section in the first stage of check out where you can get a shipping quote for your order. Returns & Canceled Orders – All sales are final, we cannot take ammunition in return that has been in the hands of the public. Exceptions are made for defective merchandise only. In the event of you receiving product that is defective from the manufacturer we will either have the return made to the manufacturer for exchange or to us for an exchange or refund, our choice. If a shipment is refused by the customer or an order is canceled, the order is subject to up to a 10% restocking fee to cover the lost costs of the transaction. No refund of original shipping charges will be made on refused shipments, or canceled orders that have been picked up by the shipping company we use. Return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer and if a package is refused they are paid by Frank’s Firearms and will be removed from the refund. Short Claims – If you have received an order that you believe is short product that was ordered a claim must be filed within 3 days of receiving the package. A photo of the package and contents may be required and other information may be requested as the issue is investigated. Errors in packaging are very uncommon and we strive to provide 100% fulfillment on all orders.
